Parliament of Hearts concept work. The enemy Nineheart is a biker straight out of the thirties with a short lance. He jousts unsuspecting people. As you can see in the bottom, Padraig and Xiron eventually steal some bikes from them.
Since I have no idea what actually goes into running a motorcycle, I decided to slap a whole bunch of important looking machinery on there. On the side there, there are nets that hold stuff. The Lance Bikers carry grenades and collectible money in there.
